After the assessment, we will be able to give you an understanding of the complexity and therefore the technical effort and (if required) extra work / costs required to support maintain your systems.

This includes making occasional or regular updates to your systems and troubleshooting various problems (workstation, windows, network, internet, viruses, spyware and email).

Where complex systems are involved (Windows server, Small Business Server, Linux Servers, Web Servers, Raid systems, routers and other specialty software/hardware products), technical experts (in different fields) may be required.
